Letters from Antioch Salvador fed thousands, but who is he?

When the line in the sky-separating day from night first appeared, the Twelve Salvador sent out came to him and said, “Tell the crowd to go home so that they can go to surrounding towns and farms and find lodging and food. We are in such an isolated place.”

Salvador simply ordered, “The course of the last quarter century and the crooked leadership of the Crooked Knives has made the entire inhabited world like an isolated place. Make it a fresh and vibrant place. Give them some food yourselves.”

They replied, “We only have five loaves of bread and a couple of small fish. You expect us to go and buy food for all these people? What do you expect us to buy it with, our looks?”

Feeding thousands with a call to community, "Give me your tired, your poor, those yearning to breath free!

Salvador noted, “Look at what sits next to each loaf of bread. Next to the freshest loaf, you will find a copy of the book of Genesis. Next to the loaf of sour dough, the bread of affliction, you will find the book of Exodus. Next to the pizza dough, you will find the book of Leviticus. Next to the book of Numbers, you will find rye bread and next to the book of Deuteronomy, you will find a loaf of split top bread. The five books stand, not for some 613 rules, but for his story, the history of what it means to be redeemed people, fully alive, in the present.”

Lee Stone, like St Peter Ben Nun, the Rock the son of the Fish, stood there with one piece of fish and Paul Ower stood with the other. There were about five thousand men there, not counting women, and children.

Salvador told his students, “Tell the people to sit down in groups of fifty, just like a platoon in the army.”

They did as they Salvador ordered and the crowd sat down as our group directed.

Taking the five loaves of bread and the two fish, he looked up into the sky and said, “Happy are you Our Mighty Savior, the ruler of the universe who caused bread to come from the earth.”

He tore pieces of bread from the loaves, gave them to his followers, and they gave them to the crowd.

All ate and until they were full. When we picked up the leftover pieces, they filled twelve-bushel baskets.

We are to feed on crabs, not become them.

Salvador noted, “Don’t forget the 12 tribes of Israel and the 12 apostles. The twelve baskets stand for the new People of the Upright of God you will help to build. You will fill them with the Torah of Life and vitality. This is not rules to follow, but life in its fullest for all people. They will then eat and be truly satisfied.”

Once when Salvador was alone doing his Liturgy of the Hours with his Akicita, he asked them, “George Wolfgang Schrub is asking questions about Curtis E. John, who he was and such. Who do the masses say that I am?”

They replied, “Some say Curtis E. John; others, John the Baptist; still others, ‘One of the proclaimers of the divine truth from of old.”

Salvador asked, “Who do you say that I am?”

Lee Stone replied, “You are The Ben Adam. You are the son of the vivacious and vibrant, the Mighty Savior. You are the one whom the Mighty Savior has chosen to lead his people. You are the one to heal and transform our nation.”

Salvador admonished Lee Stone and told them not to tell anyone.

Salvador commented:

We are not a bunch of snakes. We are Washoe, people, people called to help each other in federation with ourselves and with the true God who is Pop. Your preaching is to be with your fingers and toes.

It is not to be with your arms and your thighs or that muscular appendage in your mouth. You are to preach with what you do and not what you say. What you do is to be with the force of kindness, and not the force of violence.

Pop calls me to be with you and to be an example to you. It is not only me, but also you, all of you, who Pop calls to heal and transform our nation. You do this with empowerment and with love. You do this by showing them that Pop makes all people in his image and therefore that they are special. Pop will not pay you well in this world for your service.

Remember, Lee Stone, you started in the middle class life style and now, like me, you are homeless. I will suffer first, and you will suffer after me. Pop and I ask you to take up your rope and crossbeam and follow me.

The Ciska Wicasa, the Ben Adam must suffer greatly and be rejected by the elders, the chief senators, and the grammarians. He will be killed and on the third day he will rise from the dead.

Salvador turned to the crowd and informed them:

If anyone wishes to follow me, he must deny his life, take up the rope for his gallows daily, and follow me. Remember, when Jesus told his followers this, he was on his way to Jerusalem.

Heading down the mountain to Sacramento

We are now on our way to Sacramento. If you wish to save your life by going back home, you will lose it. If you give up your life for my sake, you will save it. What gain is there if you to conquer the entire inhabitable world and then die?

If you are ashamed of me and of my words, the Ciska Wikasa will be ashamed of you when he comes in his importance, the importance of his Pop and the importance of his dedicated messengers. I honestly tell you, there are some standing here who will not taste death until they see the presiding of the Mighty Savior.”
